You train your mind to be very mentally disciplined and be able to focus on tasks and complete them effectively. You will have very strong disciplines, very strong concentrations. You will feel you're like an Olympic athelete, like a bodybuilder, like a karate or kung fu master, becoming very mentally disciplined in whatever you do, very focused, very alert, very attentive to details yet get the big picture as well. Your mind is sharp and so you will be able to completely focus on achieving your goals.
