this is part of a 4 part series ...for body building...rnworkout is for focusing on the workout ...not a specific workout ...rnallowing you to enjoy it more ...concentrate on the important things...rnand to give you suggestions about a better workout...rnone of the things it seems to really help with is the not having fatigue pain... rnenabling me to go further ... rnthis mixed with the rest seems to have help me focus and be a better bodybuilder
