part 3 bodybuilding seriesrnthis is a modification of the sleep 4 hours script with couple of additions..rn1) it for 6 hours sleep... you need more sleep for healing as a bodybuilder...rnthis should give the equivalent of 12 hours which is good to fix everything you damage the day before.. trust me you need more as a bodybuilder and I really like thisrnrn2) I add a suggestion for a dream of your future self flexing ...very important visualisation rnrn3)I crop off a lot of the initial stuff since this should be the last suggestion..and there fore you should not to get into the trance ...you should be there ....rnrnthis is my first real series post...I think it is working for me...rnlet me know
