It's the beginning of the second week now. I have not listened to BanishPain again, but the feelings in the effected area continue. I am eager to listen again, and plan today before work to listen to the Carsten files I spoke of and hopefully test the self hypnosis trigger out. I do not expect it to be 100% effective at this time but am hopeful that I will be able to trance myself so that I may establish something to build upon. My knee is still feeling great, a very good sign. In other matters it's going to be a really hard day today and I will probably have to work a late swing then graveyard shift, but sadly in the field I work, there is often no choice, but I will get some hypno done!!
