This file has no awakener or Induction. use with one of my previous inductions / awakeners. The file starts at your feet and works its way up ove your body. You lose all hair below the eyes except for head hair. So that's facial and body hair gone and heals the body of imperfections that you don't want. Like all my files it can be stacked for multiple listenings in 1 sitting
