I really need help.

I fall asleep in the induction....before im being told what to do half the time. Ill start a file...and wake up in the middle of another. What should i do?

Try listening when you're a bit more awake, if you're tired it may result in what you're describing. Another option is to choose a slightly less relaxing place to listen to the file(sitting instead of lying down etc.)

Another option is to cut half the induction out so its only short.
