Hi, just joined as a 1 month premiun member here.

But I can't download any premiuns, I just paid for it and it said thank you or something...but when I click on premiuns I can't download them and I'm taking to join as a premiun page! But i just paid and joined!?

Help!? Why is this!? Did other premiun members have this problem? Is this a bug?

I have my evidence of purchase with the paypal receipt...

I haven't got to download any premiuns yet... :/

I'm having the same problem too! I just joined a little bit ago, and got my receipt, but I can't download premium files. Plese help me, EMG!

That should be corrected now. Sometimes the system simply fails. Not sure why, if it happens talk to me immediatly, I usually catch and fix it within a day or so.

[giggles] Now it is happening to me. I can download the main file but not the additional like the body or script. When I try I get sent to the join as premium member page.

[sighs] Body's, sublim's, and scripts are what I want the most.

Give me until the end of the day, I check the sales nightly and upgrade everyone that didn't get access.

Hmm, I can't find the transaction. Can you tell me what day you purchased the premium membership and possibly give me a transaction # or the email address you used when you paid.

I also purchased premium membership and am still unable to download the premium files. I believe it was Sunday, Nov 16th.
