I can't understand what the trigger phrase in this file is, except that you have to clap two times after that. Can anyone tell me what is it?
P.S. Any successes with the file?

What I heard was "halt now" I believe, but I hadn't used the file or trigger in a while though. I just figured I'd offer what knowledge I have, since this forum is still so small and slow-moving, and you probably won't get any other answers anytime soon otherwise.
