i have been useing hypno files for about 4 months now and have had problems lately.whenever i listen to a file i get itchy when i get into a deep trance and always end up breaking out of my trance.is there anything i can do so i dont get itchy.

This is not an uncommon problem.

There are a couple things you can try.

1) It's winter and thus a bit dry, a little skin moisturizer on the areas that are likely to get itchy might help.

2) before you listen, give yourself permission to move, adjust, even scratch a little without waking up. Just tell yourself that if you need to move while in trance you will do so without waking up.
