permanent links wont work

have not been able to get any of the permanent link parts of the file manager part of the site, whenever I attempt to I get a 404 error whether or not I am logged in. have already tried compatibly view as well, don't know whether I am not allowed to access that part of the site or if something else is going on.

I've noticed the same problems with the permanent links for any and all of the files listed in the file manager part of the site, such as http://www.hypno-files.com/Files/100921/Fast-Healing.php or http://www.hypno-files.com/Files/100719/Sarnoga---The-Furniture-Shop.php (which is currently the top-rated file on the site, and the only comments on the file suggest the problem with the permalinks has been present since at least Nov 27, 2012).

I am not sure if EMG is working on fixing permanent links or not...
but they are down for sure... and I know EMG knows it.
