Its not stated very clearly, so I'm a bit confused on this part for "This Subscription is to be paid : Monthly"

So is it saying that the subscription will automatically place charges upon my credit card after each month until the user unsubscribe? Or I'll have to subscribe for another 1 month membership again to continue on?

Also you cannot pay with just a credit card; thought it should be known.
