Could someone please tell me quite a bit about subliminals e.g. what should i do when listening to them, how hearable should they be and that kind of stuff. It would really be appreciated.

subliminals should be either barely audible or completely inaudible.

Unlike regular hypnosis files you can listen to them at any time as they are not intended to put you into trance, but are instead intended to speak directly to your subconscious.

I'd say you'll get your best results from subliminals if you simply listen when you are doing something else so your conscious mind doesn't really pay the file any attention and it can be left for your subconscious to process.

I got one more thing: when i download the subliminals from this site, the file is still pretty hearable for me. What should i do with that?
