Silent confusion hypnosis

Can someone please make a silent confusion hypnosis script that adds 2 triggers: "hypnosis enter trance qwerty" (to quickly enter a trance)
"Hypnosis leave trance qwerty" (to leave the trance)
It doesn't have to be silent, I just prefer silent :D
