Can't download files to computer

Sorry for this, but I seem to have a problem with all the files on this site...

I was attempting to download EZ-MEM, which is problematic because whenever I download it, my computer says it is finished downloading, but the file is only... 0 bytes, and as such unplayable...

Anyone know how to fix the problem, or want to send me the file? I know it's on the free list.

Are you using a torrent downloader? Sometimes with me that tries to download files for me and they come out wrong. If that is the case either find a way to shut it off or just uninstall it for a few minutes or until you need it again and download the file again with your browsers downloader.
